By popular request, we are now offering pretty pettislips in a full style with an elastic waistband and a bottom ruffle. They are made from our white cotton and have a pretty white eyelet lace around the bottom. Pettislips are 2” inches shorter than our girl’s skirts and 3” shorter than our ladies skirts. You may specify a different length from waistline to bottom of the slip.
